Founded by Omar Lugo, owner of Habs Hospitality Group, and Adolfo Gosálvez, a seasoned restaurant owner and chef with years of expertise in Peruvian cuisine, Social blends the rich traditions of Peru with a contemporary twist. Adolfo’s experience includes serving as Executive Chef at Misión Ceviche, where he played a key role in getting the restaurant into the Michelin guide. Combining Omar’s passion and experience in hospitality with Adolfo’s deep knowledge of Peruvian flavors and techniques, Social is a place where good food and good company come together effortlessly.
